Using Taijiquan Trainer is simple and immediate:

  1. Click on the link of the desired exercise (for example, the Kaibu stance exercise).
  2. Enable the webcam when the browser popup appears.
  3. Step back from the computer until you are fully visible from head to toe.
  4. Wait for the automatic activation of the recognition system — the exercise can now begin.

The system will detect your posture and display real-time visual guides to support the correct execution of the movement.

Playback Controls (for Multi-Position Exercises)

If the exercise includes a sequence of stances alternating over time, the following controls will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen:

Start automatic progression.

Pause automatic progression.

Return to the previous stance.

Move to the next stance.

Exercises are presented in continuous loop mode: after the last stance, the sequence automatically restarts from the first one. Using the Forward and Rewind buttons disables automatic mode. In this case, you will need to manually restart progression using the Play button.
